It's been a long week with our diabetic kitty. 3 full days of vet visits and insulin adjustments and we're not done yet. Kitty is doing a little better. Not dehydrated anymore. Not staying awake all night now. Not drinking way too much. His blood sugar is registering 400 or below most of the time. (a good range is between 300-100) We're getting there.
Work has been...odd. I have hope that it will get better. The training has been very minimal and constantly interrupted. I'm assured that's "normal" and everyone goes through it. I guess that's optimistic.
I hope you're well and nothing terrible is happening that I'm missing. I'll be by asap.
Love and hugs to each of you.

Thanks for the update Aggie. I'm doing well. The light is always on for you babe. :-)
Love the fractal, cannot decide whether it looks most like a sunflower, the sun or the wheel of fortune (probably the first).
Such a pleasure to read a new post from you, as always, to hear a little of how you are doing. You'll find your place there soon, in the mean time, odd is good, can only mean nothing is humdrum. :) Happy Monday when you get that far and I hope you have a great week ahead, work- and otherwise.
Love and hugs back attcha, x
Beautiful fractal :D
And it must be so messy to have a diabetic kitty....can't even imagine.
As for work I hope it'll settle down and that you get a chance to find a routine somewhere along the line. Hate it when they don't seem to know how to do training.
Good to see you again as always :hugs:
I think it looks beautiful - like an Aztec sunburst... awesome colors.
I know what you mean about the new job - isn't my favorite place to be... can only think of one place a don't like more - sitting in the dentist chair. I know it will get better - at least it isn't a high pressure gig yet. Happy Monday hon.

my daughter is sitting with me right now, and when she saw your penguin she said: "pen-in"
Aggie, is that quote at the top of your page from a book called 'Their Eyes were Watching God'? If it is, considering I read this not 6 months ago, it's taken me long enough to remember where I had seen it before.
Just wanted to say Happy Friday and that I hope your weekend will be full of good times, xo
Have a great weekend Aggie. :-)
Just stopping by to wave hello - thinking of you in your new (semi new) job LOL. Hope it is still going well and you are learning all the new ropes.

Not enjoying the training!!!! That's equivalant to blasphemy in my dictionary. Being an Instructional Designer, it pains me when participants in the session aren't having fun.
Am reading Shantaram by Gregory David Roberts. It is literature on par with Thornbirds and similar great works. Try and grab a copy of it.
Take care and have fun in training!
Still got your head above water?
Happy Friday to you Agnes :-)
