Ummm - thanks Agnes. I like rainbows, and I love trout. Nice combo :-) I haven't enjoyed a trout freshly pulled out of a mountain stream for a long time. Sizzling in the iron skillet, coated with butter and cornmeal... my mouth is watering!Happy Trout Day :-) (never heard of it)!
