“People are like stained-glass windows. They sparkle and shine when the sun is out, but when the darkness sets in, their true beauty is revealed only if there is a light from within.”
Elisabeth Kubler-Ross

Happy Monday.

Morning Agnes :D I missed you yesterday. Hope everything's okiday :D
And that quote is sooo true. We all need that inner light when the darkness falls.

Happy Troutday :hugs:

LOL TroutDay again huh?
Yesterday was Memorial Day so it was pretty much still "weekend" in my brain. It could stay weekend for about three more days as far as I'm concerned. :P
It's not a bad quote. Fairly close to what I was searching for. The fractal is all about inner light. At least, that's what my brain gets from it.

hehe...I completely forgot to mention the fractal in my first comment. Sowwries about that :(
It's stunning though. Reminds me of the feathers on a peacock.

LMAO, I just wished Trée a Happy Wednesday! :-D
Happy Tuesday!
Such an interesting frac today, I see a bear :-)

Dangaroonie - I shouldn't have read Autumn's comment before checking out the fractal in depth first... she went and said something about a bear, and now that is all I can see!

Hope you continue to have a good "weekend"... I'm trying to think of it as such too. Being away from it all for 4 days just makes it worse to try to get grounded again. (I'd rather be playing....)

Excellent fractal Aggie. Love the quote and just to cover my bases after A confused me, Happy Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday! :-D

True. Also, that if it gets too dark, you mostly or completely lose sight of them (for example, Alzheimer's and many other terrible illnesses).

All generalizations are false - except this one. (Just don't think about that for too long though!)

ROFL And a very happy Un-Birthday to all of you too....just for the heck of it. :D

Autumn and Terry, I saw leaves falling but I couldn't explain the light behind them...which is really what attracted me. I can't for the life of me find that bear you two are seeing. LOL

Tree, (you can tell I'm on the laptop because I can't make the accent mark-which I've been putting over the wrong e forever anyway) - It would seem today is just a confusing kinda day. :P Thanks for the compliment on my silly frac. I'm having the devil of a time learning Gimp. Mostly because I want to do everything RIGHT NOW. LOL I start over a lot.

Darius, nice of you to visit. All generalizations are false. Reality is perspective only. There, I thought about it too long didn't I? LOL Stop by anytime. :)

BTW Agnes, the Bear (sort of a Pooh style little guy) is standing with back toward the viewer, looking toward the left with his left arm dangling. I see the leaves too :-) Hugs~

This one's purty. Seems like the light is shining down from the heavens.

Agnes said...

LOL Terry - THERE it is. :D

Thanks Linny. I strive for purty. hee hee.
Yeah, I'm kinda hooked on that whole backlight thing.

Now that you say I see leaves :-) Oh, and happy Wednesday!

That is a very beautiful image. I love the way the light glows from the inside of it. I haven't seen an image quite like this one before. It is really rather mesmerising. I think I shall stare at it for a while. lol!
