Accurate quote :-). Brilliant fractal! - makes me think of once when I was heading home from a party. Was the most dense fog I have ever been in and it was in the middle of the night - that old expression: 'couldn't see past one's own nose' took on a quite literal meaning.
I worked for hours on that silly little light in the middle of darkness. It's still not exactly what I was shooting for. I am glad, Autumn, that it reminds you of dense fog. That's pretty close to the point anyway.
Becky - we are born invincible and we stay that way until we are about 22. At least I sure did.
I seem to fear more as I get older. Something about consequences I think.
That quote is so true! And sadly, kids learn quick that there really IS a lot to fear... ok, I just bummed myself out...
We all need to remember to love. If we were all like little children- if we could love EVERYONE no matter what. That would be a great world to live in.
Ok, I'm gonna stop rambling now! (You can tell when I'm tired! I babble!)
Tomeh, I can't figure out which Iron Maiden song (an Ozzy song comes to mind though) but I am thoroughly proud that you, at your young age, know who Iron Maiden is. My generation has done it's job. LOL
Abigail, the kids learn from us. Grownups know what there is to fear. We get old and jaded. ;) A world with nothing to fear? No thanks. How would we know the ecstacy of risk? Would we risk at all?

"Fear of the Dark" conveys the title perfectly. And just in time for tonight too. Excellent work Aggie!
So very true and a great fractal.

'Fear Of The Dark' - reminds me of the Iron Maiden song! Rock on fellow Halloweeners.
