Trace, I'm going to spend today being overly nice to absolutely everyone. Not a negative thought shall cross my brain.
On that note - a shout out to "Gloria" who works for my prescription company. After 6+ tiring phone conversations with other individuals, Gloria was the most helpful, intelligent, thorough and downright NICE person I had the fortune of dealing with.
The tedious process was made so much less tedious by her mere presence. Go GLORIA!! And THANKS!
