Neverland Part Two

Oh my, I stayed too long in Neverland and look what happened.

Sing with me, won't you?

"If growing up means

It would be beneath my dignity to climb a tree,

I'll never grow up, never grow up,

never grow up

Not me!

Not I,

Not me!

Not me!

I won't grow up,

I don't want to wear a tie.

And a serious expression

In the middle of July.

And if it means I must prepare

To shoulder burdens with a worried air,

I'll never grow up, never grow up, never grow up"

I love your picture. Tee hee - this is my Sweetie's theme song. He insists that he won't grow up, and I hope he never does. I loved that song in the play Peter Pan.

LOL - me in a blue velvet dress. And that haircut! Gotta love those bangs.
Tracy and Autumn, let's just have a sing a-long. Apparently Terry's beau will be singing the tenor parts. ;)

1973
This was the year that my father donned a pair of very large hunting boots, covered them in powder and made "snowy" footprints from the front door to the Christmas tree in an attempt to prove to us that Santa did NOT need a chimny to visit us.

And we believed.....

I want to be that kid forever.

That's cute to post an old memory on your blog like that. Now I am tempted to do the same once my stuff including photoalbums arives that is still somewhere in a container on a ship.

T, your poor thing. You must be suffering "stuff" withdrawals. There's a George Carlin joke in there somewhere,I'm sure.

It's good to see you again. I would love to see old photos and read old memories.

With all that's going on in my world right now, I believe I have escaped to a not-all-together-healthy place mentally. Neverland sounds like the best place in the world.
